The easiest way to prevent dry eyes is simply blinking our eyes more often. When a person blinks, the eyes pumps to produce more tears and move more fluid across and distribute it to whole surface of the eye. It also helps to remove any debris in the eyes by washing them away. It is recommended for us to blink once every 10 seconds as our tear film will start to degrade after that.
